Meet Coach Jen

Jen is a former SEC Track and Cross Country athlete at the University of Tennessee.  She holds a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and is a certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. 

Jen brings decades of leadership in Human Performance that spans all ages and fitness levels, from beginners to elite athletes. As a coach, she has launched several youth running programs and produced multiple state champions. Jen has also worked in a clinical setting, developing successful cardiac rehabilitation and weight loss programs for high risk clients. Over the past 20 years, Jen has remained a student of sports science and trained a wide range of individuals, including corporate executives, new parents, and competitive athletes.  Today, in addition to coaching, Jen offers custom strength and agility training for individuals and groups. Sessions are available at Jen's converted garage gym or in the client's home.

"I find my purpose in helping others reach peak performance and be the best version of themselves everyday.  That looks a little different for everyone.  My goal is to make it sustainable, make it fun, and deliver results."

 Custom Training for Every Body at Every Stage 

Personal Training

Individual sessions designed to meet your unique needs and goals. Sessions are available at the OneSeed Gym or in your home.  

At the Gym:

- Single Session (50min): $75

- 6 sessions: $400

- 12 sessions: $700

At Home

(I bring the gym to you) :

Single session (50 min): starting at $95

- 6 sessions: starting at $500

- 12 sessions: starting at $900

Pricing is based on travel distance

Group Training

Gather a group of 2-6 friends and get fitter together with custom HIIT, strength or circuit training sessions.  Available at the OneSeed Gym or in your home.

At the Gym:

2 people: $65 per person

3-4 people: $50 per person

5-6 people: $35 per person

* Multi- session packages available at a discounted rate

Sport Specific Training

Holistic coaching & training to improve performance on the track, the court, or the course. Includes weekly endurance, strength and agility training, nutrition counseling, and competition planning.  Available in-person or remote.  Plans start at $200 per month.
